The vision of The Gold Sphinx Onward Leadership Foundation is to establish a conduit for the betterment of the youth that are served, causing them to realize their personal worth and make positive, impactful contributions to society.

Mission

The Gold Sphinx Onward Leadership Foundation was established Thursday, November 30, 2023 with a mission to empower young men to thrive beyond high school. The foundation is dedicated to mentoring young men as they transition into adulthood--fostering personal growth and encouraging them to uplift others through active, positive engagement in their communities.

Our flagship initiative, the SOL Leadership Academy, serves as the cornerstone of this mission. The academy focuses on the individual and collective development of participants through the pillars of service, leadership, financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Through this program, we strive to inspire, empower, and equip young men with lifelong skills that lay the foundation for them to become confident and capable leaders in their own right.
